Privacy Policy

Shingan is built to need as little of your data as possible. There is no account form, no email requirement and no KYC.
1. What we store
- Your Telegram user ID (so the bot can message you) and, if you set one, your public Telegram username.
- The public wallet addresses you connect, and the chain(s) they are monitored on.
- Service state derived from public chains: detected approvals, events, alerts, and risk-scores.
- Plan, subscription and invoice records for paid plans.
- Standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, request) for security and abuse prevention.
2. What we never collect
We never ask for or store private keys, seed phrases or signing material. We do not require your name, email or any identity document.
3. How we use it
Solely to operate and secure the Service: delivering alerts, tracking your plan, preventing abuse, and debugging.
4. Sharing
We rely on a small set of processors to run the Service — Telegram (messaging), blockchain data providers (e.g. Alchemy), threat-intelligence providers (e.g. GoPlus), an LLM provider for the /ask assistant, and a hosting provider. We do not sell your data.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The Service does not use cross-site trackers.
6. Retention
Data is kept while your account is active and for a short period afterwards for security and backups. You can request deletion at any time.
7. Your choices
Contact us on Telegram to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Disconnecting a wallet stops future monitoring of it.
8. Security
Secrets are held server-side with restricted permissions, transport is encrypted, and access is limited. No system is perfectly secure; do not connect wallets you are not comfortable monitoring.
