Risk Disclosure

Read this before relying on Shingan. It is a security aid, not a guarantee.
1. Crypto assets are high risk
Blockchain assets are volatile and transactions are irreversible. A mistaken or malicious transaction generally cannot be undone by anyone, including Shingan.
2. Monitoring is best-effort
Shingan observes public chain data and third-party signals. It may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. It can miss an event, misclassify a contract, or fail to alert. Do not treat an absence of alerts as proof that a wallet is safe.
3. You sign everything
Shingan never holds keys and cannot act for you. Any revoke or other transaction is prepared for you and must be signed in your own wallet. Verify what you are signing.
4. Third-party dependencies
The Service depends on external providers (Telegram, blockchain RPC/data providers, threat intelligence, an LLM). Their outages, limits or errors can interrupt or degrade the Service.
5. Not advice
Risk scores, alerts and assistant answers are automated signals, not financial, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.
6. Regulatory and jurisdictional risk
Laws around crypto assets differ by country and may change. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, and must not use the Service where prohibited.
