For account, project, credit, refund or wallet questions, use the dashboard's Settings or email support@shinganguard.com.
For a project or credit issue, include the project name and, for a payment, the transaction hash. For a wallet issue, include the address and the alert.

If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please contact us privately before disclosing it publicly. Include steps to reproduce and we will respond as a priority. We credit responsible disclosure.
