Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Shingan (the "Service"), a non-custodial, read-only wallet-monitoring agent delivered through Telegram. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service is

Shingan monitors public blockchain data for wallet addresses you choose to connect. It reports approvals, allowances, transfers and risk signals, and helps you construct revocation transactions that you sign yourself. The Service is informational and defensive software.

2. Non-custodial — no keys, no custody

Shingan never requests, receives or stores private keys, seed phrases or signing material, and it cannot initiate, sign or move funds. You retain sole control of your wallets at all times. Any transaction is prepared for you and executed by your own wallet software.

3. No financial, legal or tax advice

Nothing produced by the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Risk scores, alerts and assistant responses are automated and may be incomplete or wrong. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

4. Eligibility

You may not use the Service if you are located in, or subject to the laws of, a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited, or if you appear on any applicable sanctions list. You are responsible for compliance with the laws that apply to you.

5. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in cryptocurrency to the address shown by the bot. Prices are displayed before purchase. Access is time-limited; the Service does not auto-renew. Payment terms and refunds are described in the Refunds & Cancellation policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or attempt to compromise the Service or the wallets of others, and not to use it to facilitate unlawful activity.

7. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis and may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. Features, chains and prices may change. We aim to give notice of material changes.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. Monitoring is best-effort and may miss events.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shingan and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, funds, tokens or data, arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
